Meet Dr. Smith
Dr. Emily Smith
Dr. Emily Smith earned her bachelor’s degree in biology from Delaware Valley University. She continued her education at Salus University Pennsylvania College of Optometry where she concurrently completed a Doctor of Optometry degree and a Master of Science in Low Vision Rehabilitation. Afterward, she completed a residency in ocular disease and low vision care at the West Haven Veterans’ Affairs Hospital in Connecticut.
Dr. Smith is passionate about ensuring patients’ concerns are heard and providing thorough and thoughtful care for her patients. She specializes in hard-to-fit contact lenses and ocular disease management of conditions such as glaucoma, diabetes, and dry eye disease. She is a proud member of the American Optometric Association and the Colorado Optometric Association.
In her time away from the office, Dr. Smith enjoys rock climbing, exploring the Denver food scene, and playing with her two cats.
